PHANTUMP

This is the next in a VERY long “to Do” list that my daughters have given me.  Phantump is an interesting combination of Grass and Ghost Pokemon.  Phantump is a Ghost hiding his head in a piece of tree trunk.  This is my pattern for Phantump.  This pattern includes the color list for both Phantump and Shiny Phantump.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny colors in parenthesis):  Charcoal, café latte (gray), spring green (red), and baby pink (light blue).
E crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle

BODY:
Rd 1: With charcoal, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rd 2: sc in each sc around.  (4)
Rd 3: 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc.  (5)
Rd 4: 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 4 sc.  (6)
Rd 5: 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 5 sc.  (7)

STUFF ARMS LIGHTLY.
Rd 8: (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) around.  (6)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew ARMS to BODY.

FACE:
Rw 1: With café latte, ch 45, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (44)
Rw 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (44)
LEFT SIDE:
Rw 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 14 sc, sc2tog, leaving remaining sc unworked.  (15)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew EYES to BODY.
