ROSELIA

This is the next in a very long list of requests from a Pokemon-obsessed Etsy customer that I have.  Roselia is considered a basic Pokemon in the game.  She has a baby form (Budew) and an evolved form (Roserade).  Budew is on my daughter’s wish list.  Making Roselia will probably remind her of that.  This pattern includes the color for both Roselia and Shiny Roselia.
